Yes. CaseTrack Pro runs in modern mobile browsers and adapts the same dashboards, case cards, filters, schedules, and procedure details to phone-sized screens. Available actions still follow each user's role and company permissions.

Can we bring our existing spreadsheet over?

Yes, on Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Spreadsheet (CSV) import is included on every plan except Solo. Solo does not include any data import.

Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file and import it. You can import your accounts, physicians, and contacts from CSV with AI-assisted column mapping. There's no engineering work — everything is admin-configured from the browser.

How it works:
1. Choose what you're importing and upload your CSV. CaseTrack Pro reads your column headers automatically.
2. Confirm the column mapping. AI suggests how each of your headers maps to a CaseTrack Pro field, even when your names don't match ours. Adjust any suggestion, then run the validation check.
3. Review errors, then commit. Rows that fail validation are shown for review before anything is saved. Fix them, or skip them and import only the clean rows. Account and physician imports record created/updated/errors/total; contact imports record created/errors/total. Case and quota imports record counts.

To add or remove seats, or to change your plan, email support@casetrackpro.net with your company, role, and a short description. Seat count, plan changes, and billing lockouts escalate — Support cannot change seats live. Ask CaseTrack and Support chat cannot change seats.

Open the link from your email to set a new password (https://casetrackpro.net/reset-password is the reset page), then sign in at https://casetrackpro.net/login.

If you need immediate access, contact your company administrator.

Ask CaseTrack and Support chat cannot reset passwords, confirm whether an account exists, or unlock MFA. Never paste your password into chat or email.

Does CaseTrack Pro send case summary emails to physicians?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Case Summary Email is included with Enterprise.

Case Summary Email isn't part of Solo, Basic, or Pro. On Enterprise, it stays off for your company until the required documents are signed; then it's turned on for your company.

Enterprise pricing is custom.
