Your org chart, built for how you actually run
When a new regional manager joins and needs their own dashboard slice, updating a spreadsheet org chart and waiting for a report refresh isn't a workflow — it's a delay. CaseTrack Pro lets you configure named hierarchy levels, create nodes, assign reps and FSTs, and watch every dashboard automatically reflect the new structure — no ticket required, no manual roll-ups.
Configurable level structure
Define exactly the hierarchy depth your organization uses — from a two-level Region → Rep structure to a five-level Executive → Division → District → Region → Rep tree.
Named nodes with rep assignment
Create named nodes at each level, assign reps, FSTs, and managers to the right node, and move users between nodes without losing case history or quota data.
Hierarchy-respecting roll-up reporting
Quota attainment, pipeline, and funnel analytics in the executive and regional dashboards automatically roll up through the hierarchy — managers see their full subtree, not just direct reports.
Org chart export
Print or export the live org chart as a PNG with one click — ready for a QBR deck, an onboarding doc, or a compliance review without recreating it in a slide tool.
Create your levels
Name your hierarchy levels in order — Executive, Division, Region, whatever matches your org. Add, rename, or reorder them any time from the admin panel.
Build your nodes
Create named nodes at each level, nest them under the right parent, and drag to reorder. The hierarchy validates depth and prevents circular nesting automatically.
Assign your team
Assign reps, FSTs, and managers to the right nodes. Unassigned users are surfaced automatically so no one falls through the cracks.
Dashboards reflect it automatically
Quota, pipeline, and analytics views update immediately. Regional managers see their full subtree; executives see the whole picture — no manual aggregation needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I move a rep from one region node to another without losing their case history?
- Yes. Reassigning a user to a different node does not affect their historical case or quota data. Existing cases, audit log entries, and quota records remain associated with the user — only their current node assignment changes going forward.
- How do roll-up dashboards know which cases belong to which manager?
- Roll-up reporting is computed server-side against the stored hierarchy at query time. A regional manager's dashboard includes every rep in their subtree — all child nodes, grandchild nodes, and so on — so the numbers always reflect the live org structure, not a stale snapshot.
- What happens to a user who isn't assigned to any node?
- Unassigned users are surfaced in the hierarchy admin view so admins can spot and resolve gaps. Unassigned reps still retain access to CaseTrack Pro, but their cases do not roll up into any manager's hierarchy-based dashboard until they are placed in a node.
- Can I export the org chart for a QBR or onboarding document?
- Yes. The hierarchy view includes a one-click export that renders the live org chart as a PNG, ready for a slide deck or documentation. The export reflects the current node structure and user assignments at the time of export.
- Which plans include Territory Hierarchy?
- Solo and Basic support two levels; Pro supports three. Enterprise follows the unlimited hierarchy policy (currently a 99-level cap). A super admin can set a company-specific depth override.
